Joaquin Has Made It!
After months of treatment and lots of TLC, Joaquin has recovered as much as his body allows. He has a distinct walk to his hind end, due to the injury on his spine. We were told that we shouldn’t put him in with the big pigs, for fear he might be re injured, so it […]
Roosters Need a Home
We are looking for a home for 7 roosters! They were to be used as food for birds of prey but survived being suffocated. We already have 6 roosters here at Cedar Row, so unfortunately we can’t take more then one rooster out of this bunch. If you know of someone that can give a […]

Our daughter has named him Charles, and he will be getting vaccinated next week for distemper and rabies. Pete has built him a ramp […]
New Friend???
The pot bellied pigs have a new “friend” that is helping them keep warm. This raccoon showed up in the main barn on Wednesday night and we tried to move him out because we were worried about the chickens. It was a miserable night with high winds and snow, so we left him. Last night […]
Sadie vs Pete
Sadie 2…Pete 0 We’ve been having a challenge here at Cedar Row with our little goat Sadie staying in her pen area for the last 2 months or so. Last week after bringing her back into the pen for the sixth time that day, she horned Pete in the back of his leg and broke […]
